for 23 years, during which time he has lectured in outdoor education and worked
with clients abroad, mainly in France doing rock climbing, via ferratas and mountaineering.

Iain has solid outdoor instruction skills accross a range of activities. Strong
and reliable with a quiet personality, he always gets straight to the point. When
asked "why do you like the outdoors?" Iain answered: "because I dont like being
inside!"
Antony Metcalfe
Team Leader - Skill Force
Anthony is a former Army Officer with 12 year's experience, during which time he
saw active service in the Balkans, Afghanistan and Iraq. He now works for a childrens
charity that re-engages young people in education via vocational means.

Mal Seward
Mountain Leader and Guide.
Mal has over 25 years experience on the mountains of Britain and Europe.
Areas stretching from the Highlands of Scotland, the Pyrenees, the Dolomites of
Italy and the Swiss Alps. Since 2002 he has been one of the Worlds pioneering Mountain
board Guides, taking clients to the major mountain ranges of Europe and competing
as a professional rider.

Mark Kelly
Mark has spent two sucsessive years in the Canadian and Norwegian Arctic, recently
completing a 22-day expedition to track the condition of Polar Bears in the Svalbard
region. In his spare time he trains and competes in Ironman Triathlons and adventure
races.
Dr Lara Curry BSc, MBBS, MRCP, FRCR
During her medical career Lara has worked in A&E, medicine, anaesthetics and
radiology. She has travelled extensively and been on expeditions to both Uganda
and Colombia.

Stephen Bryant S.R.Para
Paramedic
Stephen is a London based Paramedic with special interests and extra training in
expedition medicine, as well as being an outdoor enthusiast who organises his own
expeditions. Recently he's kayaked across Scotland, walked the coast to coast route
across England and cycled the South Downs. His next adventure, later this year,
is to cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats.
